Greder has been involved in mediation as an alternative dispute resolution format since participating as a lender during the "Farm Credit Crisis" of the 1980's. The areas of expertise for which Greder is available to provide certified mediation services include resolving family disputes over all kinds of real estate (with special emphasis on agricultural property); voluntary or unvoluntary real estate partition actions; real estate brokerages disputes; USDA program appeals; lender/borrower disputes; debt collection disputes; eminent domain issues; business transfers.
Greder has also been extensively involved in livestock facility nuisance claims.
Greder has several years of experience in courtroom testimony and has served as a Court Appointed Referee and a Court Appointed Receiver.
